What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise these roller shades for effectively blocking harsh sunlight and reducing heat while maintaining outdoor visibility and a clean, modern aesthetic. Many highlight the balance of daylight entry and glare elimination, noting strong value for the cost. However, installation challenges persist—reviewers report fitting issues despite accurate measurements and inconsistent cutting service. Mechanical reliability concerns emerge frequently, with shades getting stuck halfway, springs failing, and cardboard rollers contributing to poor retraction. Despite these drawbacks, most customers find the core light-filtering function worthwhile.

Pricing is great
Would RecommendEasy to install and gives my window own nice look. Blocks out the son nicely. With a blinds you have to close them to keep the light out but with this product the light is kept out and can still see outside. Very nice will definitely buy for my other windows, awesome product

spring broke after 2 months
I bought it on July 10th, and 2 months later one of the springs broke and shade completely unwound. I am not happy to have to spend money to replace a 2 month old blind. I hope the rest last better than this one! I am recommending that this is an attractive blind that filters light, but I can still see through. if any more springs break, I will change the recommendation to NO.
I'm sorry to hear that the shade did not hold up well for you. I can understand your frustration. The Trim+Go roller shades are covered under... Read More

not heat filtering
Would Not RecommendI bought two of these shades for my boys upstairs bedrooms to help with keeping their bedroom cooler, and unfortunately they do not, it helps with light blocking but not heat transfering. I don't think I can return them since they have been cut and I don't have the boxes anymore. I would like to exchange since I paid $200 for them, a complete disappointment. The boxes need to be more descriptive on where these are good for or not good for to guide the consumer.

Nice for a patio
Would RecommendI purchased 1 blind 3 years ago to keep the sun off my poarch in front of my table. We put new railings on the poarch and cut down a tree. I bought another blind for the other side. We'll, the old blind looked awful compared to the new. So I ended up replacing it, along with buying yet another new one. I hung 3 blinds on my patio and actually replaced the flimsy plastic piece that runs through the bottom with 2 metal things that were beside the wire shelves at lowes. See pictures. They are hea...

Not as dark shading as may be expected!
Would RecommendNot as dark shading as I thought, but actually is better as a big of light does come through. The Lowe’s attendant had some issue getting the length right, but on the 3rd attempt was successful, seems cutting machine may need recalibration. Reel works well!
