What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise these roller shades for effectively blocking harsh sunlight and reducing heat while maintaining outdoor visibility and a clean, modern aesthetic. Many highlight the balance of daylight entry and glare elimination, noting strong value for the cost. However, installation challenges persist—reviewers report fitting issues despite accurate measurements and inconsistent cutting service. Mechanical reliability concerns emerge frequently, with shades getting stuck halfway, springs failing, and cardboard rollers contributing to poor retraction. Despite these drawbacks, most customers find the core light-filtering function worthwhile.

Would RecommendIt is the perfect shade for letting in some light. But creating enough sun blocking to prevent heat

good deal
Would RecommendI am renting and did not want to spend mucho grande. 5 years after moving in, I found these shades on clearance by chance. finally something for my monster two front windows. easy install. In winter sun down low, my 6 foot by 5ft5 windows is almost painful. I had no way to let much needed arctic sun in...only full blast instead. these shades are just right. my two windows take up 2/3rds of the wall!

Much cooler
Would RecommendI am thrilled with this product and installation. I chose light filtering and it blocks out the bright sun on the West facing side of my porch. I’m amazed at how much cooler it makes my screen room.

Quality light shading blind
Would RecommendIt's a perfectly fine shade and the salesperson at Lowes adjusted the size perfectly. Four stars just because the tension adjustment process is laborious and not at all precise.
