The tomato knife is absolutely the best knife in my kitchen! It cuts ANYTHING! I use it all the time and when I am not using it my husband is. The tomato knife is the best tool in my kitchen and that is why I am giving it to my friends for Christmas!

Tomato knife and paring knife
Ordered these and received just before Thanksgiving. Tomato knife was wonderful for the fresh fruits and vegies. I found the sharpness of the paring knife to be good enough for just about all usage during preparation and serving of our holiday meal. The last knives I bought like these were RADA knives sold by our church group in the 1960's and I am still using them too. Just thought it was time to update those knives after a lifetime of use.

I have had my RADA knives for over 15 years. The knives retain their sharp edges . The only thing I don't like is the metal handles that can't be put in the dishwasher because it dulls and feels strange to the hand touch, So I switched the type handle. This has nothing to do with the cutlery which is superb.
