Quality isn't as good as it used to be
I purchased the knife on a high school fund raiser. It's no where near as good as my old ones. I have a paring knife my grandmother purchased in the 1980s that I still have and use. It's a great knife. This one? Not so much

Heavy duty paring
Absolutely love Rafa knives! Bought some 30 years ago. Still my favorite. Glad I found them again! New ones for me, gifts for folks I visit who don’t have them, gifts for folks who don’t know they need them. Thinking about more for me. (Always in the dishwasher). Please maintain the quality!
