Would RecommendLove Rada Knives! They’re the best. I’ve been using them for years and the only suggestion I have is to be aware that the brushed aluminum handles will oxidize over time if you put them in the dishwasher (Rada does recommend handwashing knives). I wish the handles were stainless instead of aluminum. I have started replacing my older ones with new and am switching to black handles.
