Would RecommendWhen I received this product and opened the box, the package had been opened and taped back together. There were pieces missing from the assembly. I drove from Hardin Tx. to Lowe’s in Atascosita Tx to return the defective product. The store accepted my return and I bought a new one at the store. I have replaced the broken assembly on our door and it is great. I am shocked Lowe’s would send me a package that had been opened and pieces missing.

Would RecommendI used this as z replacement of the same handle that happened to break apart as i opened the door one day.it had lasted 8 yrs for me. These are becoming hard to find as most others do not carrier them anymore i believe they are being phased out. I'm very happy that Lowe's happened to have 1 left i got the last one, don't know if more are available. Manufacturers are always changing the styles and designs of almost everything you buy these days. Leading you too having to buy New!

Would RecommendLooks nice and is functionable. Pay attention to the instructions, there is a little arrow on 2 pieces that, if they arent lined up correctly, the handle wont work.
Alot of play in the outside handle
Well the price was high, it was easy to replace. The outside handle has alot of play in it for being a brand new handle I just bought. The one I just replaced, the same one as I bought the outside handle started to come off and try to use glue and it only held for so long. I am sure this one will come apart eventually

Would Not RecommendI just bought this silver handle in September 2024 as a replacement for the original handle to our Larson door we had installed by Lowes in 2016 or 2017. Not only did this replacement handle begin to fade to an ugly brass color in the first month, it just broke this month March 2025.
