Would Not RecommendI bought one of these about a year ago and it has worked fine. I bought another (same model) this last week for another new Larson storm door and it will lock ok but will not unlock without jiggling, wiggling, forcing, and twisting on the handle and then you have to just hope it will unlock. My wife has arthritis and can not unlock it at all. If you loosen the screws completely it works better but not a good solution. Not only inconvenient but dangerous in an emergency (fire, whatever). Made of cheap pot metal and the outside handle breaks easily and are outlandishly expensive to replace! We are looking to get away from Larson storm doors for this reason. For what the cost of the door the handle should be stainless or some other sturdier metal. The replacement handle is $80 and you will be lucky if it lasts 6 months.
