Handlebreaks
Would Not RecommendI bought this last fall and at has already broke at the handle. The stickers on the handle hadn’t even worn off yet had only used a few times to split a few stumps. I live over a hour away from any Lowe’s so this was a real inconvenience to me. I would not recommend this product if you plan on really using it instead of just looking at it.
Good product, served its purpose. Comfortable grip for long periods of work.
Smashing
Would RecommendGreat hammer. Smashed rocks and old concrete. Had a lot of fun. Felt like Link from Ocarina of Time. Smash and bash.
Poor handle, great hammer.
Would Not RecommendI bought this hammer for the heavy head and interesting shape. It performs well but the handle is horrible. There is absolutely no shock absorption, sending shockwaves thru your hands and forearms with every strike. I am going to replace it with a hickory handle and see if it gets any better.
Great for mix of demo
Would RecommendThe fact that it has a flat side and v shaped side made this a much easier demo tool to use.
Got the job done!
Would RecommendI needed a sledgehammer to break up a 3x3 4” slab and this worked like a charm! Would very much recommend.
Three Strikes
Would RecommendProject: Destroy Sidewalk. The 8 lb sledge took 3 strikes to crack the sidewalk the same as the 12 lb sledge. With a lot less effort. I am 77.
cheaply made, dangerous to use
Would Not RecommendIt's a sledgehammer. It should be able to do sledgehammer things. The head is not one solid piece of metal. I was using it to drive a wedge while splitting wood and a piece broke off and lodged into my arm. Now I need surgery to remove the shrapnel.

Would RecommendThis sledge hammer was excellent tool in breaking up material.
A mighty hammer, worthy of a Viking warrior!
Would RecommendLove the heft and effortless force at which this hammer demoed my cultured marble tub. Great value and excellent quality for what I needed it for. Can’t wait to smash some other stuff.
