Ratings & Reviews for Kobalt 80-volt 16-in Straight Shaft Battery String Trimmer 2.5 Ah (Battery Included) (Charger Included)

quick pick up

This time, I was able to pick up this item right away. No wait time at all! Great job Lowes! I had an older model of this same item but it seems as though they have made appropriate changes to make it last longer. The older model the bump feed broke. This one has an "improved" bump feed. Time will tell.

Better than gas

Worked better than gas trimmer it re

Light Weight

Power

As powerful as a gas trimmer.

My backyard was very overgrown. Vegetation was over two feet high. This trimmer made short work of it and knocked the entire yard down with just one recharge and no changing of trimmer line.

Weedeater

Very powerful and efficient.

Excellent product

Price. Works as describe.

Good quality and lasts for years

I already have an 80 volt kobalt weed trimmer but wanted another one because I really like the power it has cutting grass and purchasing the tiller and weed trimmer was such a good price. Very happy and satisfied tx

Weed eaters can be difficult to replace sting

Easy to use and good power

Buy the .095 string. It's strong

This thing is a beast! We don’t have a lot that needs trimming so we have bought several off brands that just don’t cut it (pun intended) without having to swap batteries. The Kobalt 80v has the power we need and has cut the time down considerably with one charge and the power it has.

Works as well as a gas one, but not as loud

I really like the run time and power the trimmer has

Does what its meant to do

Does the job

Apart from run time, this beats any gas trimmer.

Great trimming speed, decent battery, and fast-charing.

Great alternative to gas powered

Light-weight, easy to operate, lasting battery life

The Kobalt 80-volt string trimmer has 2 speed sett

The string trimmer is all I expected to do for my needs and more.
