Would Not RecommendThe spool popped off, and an eyelet got lost. You can't buy just that part. The head doesnt come off easily, but if you get it off, you can't buy a replacement. I went to Lowe's, helped get the head off, but the replacement heads will NOT work.

Trimmer shaft is loose after attaching
Would Not RecommendJust opened and assembled the trimmer and the shaft is loose where it connects. I tightened the front screw to lock and the shaft wiggles. I can see a gap around the shaft after inserted. My old kobalt trimmer wasn't loose.

Would Not RecommendI spoke to Kobalt customer service. There is no replacement trim head for this model. So I now have a $200 paperweight since the string head flew apart after 1 year of use. I appreciate the honesty of the Kobalt rep in confirming that Lowes is selling expense 80V Kobalt trimmers for which there are NO replacements for wear items.
