Ratings & Reviews for Kobalt 4 -Piece Assorted x 1-5/8-in Woodboring Countersink Drill Bit Set
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
The product received mixed reviews. Many customers praised the quality and performance, noting the bits were sharp, made clean countersinks, and had a useful adjustable depth feature. However, some experienced issues with durability, reporting the bits broke or became dull after limited use, especially when drilling into harder woods. A few felt the pilot holes were not long enough for one-step drilling and countersinking. Overall, the consensus is this is a good quality, affordable set that works well for softer woods, but may not hold up as well for more demanding applications.

Broke easily; get some spare bits with this set
Worked well, but the #8 bit snapped after only a dozen or so pilot holes. I'll try to get a few replacement bits for the collars, but I was disappointed. Might work better with a drill guide or press; I was using the drill free-hand.
