Would RecommendI have a couple Craftsmen reversible driver/drills and have looked for this for three years. I walked into Lowes and there they were, on bottom rack. I bought all three. One of which I gave to a friend who used mine and wanted one!
Great Tool
This drill tool is a great time saver. It's well made and the locking sleeve is solid. I Iike the size. Other tools like it are bulkier. This one is a good length and diameter. Time will tell how long it lasts.Being that I'm a diy'er it will probably outlast me. To me it feels like a quality tool.
Use for a LOT of 3/4" Pine wood projects and works perfect. Quick and easy to switch back and forth from drill/countersink to Philips Head driver.

It turned out I needed a slightly larger and longer drill bit and I wasn't impressed with how the Phillips bit was held so overall I only used this for about an hour before I switched back to my old method of switching between bits manually. Good idea, could have been better execution.

Would RecommendI thought I was going to be switching back and forth between bits and behold I stumbled across this. Works pretty darn well, it gets hung up on the switch every once in a while but nothing that a little oil doesn't solve. This set up will save you time cause you are not looking for one or the other bits. Its really convenient and makes you look pretty professional as you are using it. I would say this is a great buy.

Would RecommendI use screws for most all wood working and repair and this tool is my number one for all my jobs. Only comes with a #2 phillips head bit, but is easily changed to accommodate a T-20, 25, or any allen headed screwdriver attachment. I have 3 so never need to change a bit. Love it!
