Works well wit one exception, the bit side is not quick release like my old one. It’s normal for the drill side to have a set screw, but so does the bit side. Other than that, works well.

Would RecommendIt worked fine and leaves a nice round hole where the screw is inserted. However, we cannot find the filler plugs that makes the hole filled in.
