What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this sleeping pad for exceptional comfort, particularly for side sleepers, with the V-shaped baffle design cradling the body and keeping hips and shoulders elevated. The lightweight, compact design makes it ideal for backpackers, packing down small without adding significant weight. Inflation is quick and intuitive, requiring only 10-12 breaths, with an easy rotating valve for deflation. Many report using the pad for 5 to 20 years, demonstrating strong durability. A small number mention slow leaks or valve issues, but most customers remain highly satisfied and plan to repurchase.

I love the Klymit V sleeping pad but I'm not happy with the update of moving the valve to the front-facing side of the pad instead of the corner. It makes it really hard and more time-consuming to try and get all the air out. You can't roll it to empty it fully anymore.

I was skeptical of these
I was skeptical of these types of air mattresses. However, I am a believer in this one. The number one priority is that it is comfortable. I can sleep on my side! Enough said. But, my other favorite feature is that it deflates and stores into the size of a fat soda can...fitting easily into my pack. I wish I had this mattress years ago!

Small and Lightweight
I have used one of these extensively in the last number of years while in the military and camping. Works great. I find it packs small enough that I am not worried about throwing it in my bag. Relatively durable, I have not yet had to use the included patch kit. And last but not least comfortable. It gets me off the ground and keeps me in place which is exactly what I need it to do.

nice for a rookie
I got this to keep in a work van in case the need arises to nap between the end of a shift and a special late night assignment. So far I have tested it quickly and it looks like it will work fine.

Great sleeping pad
Klymit static v sleeping pad was exactly what I was looking for. Sturdy, easy to blow up (about 5 breaths) good length and comfort.

A serviceable pad for an infrequent user.
My wife and I each purchased a Static V Pad for our occasional hikes. We have not had the chance yet to make use of these as of yet. But we did inflate test and deflate a couple of times and they proved to be light weight, portable, and comfortable. I hope to update when we actually get the chance to use them. I applied a 4 star because they do "feel" to be a little fragile, but that could be due to the materials used to keep the weight down.

Good rest
The ease and comfort are tops. I hike a lot and a midday nap is likely the static v makes it easy. It’s lite, small, and comfortable. It’s a must for any hiker, especially us older ones with tired backs. This items works well for all hikers regardless of experience and your gear knowledge. It is a must for everyone. I recommend it for overall comfort, cost, and easy to use. Well done

Have limited experience so far
Have limited experience so far with Klimit spleeping mattresses; two overnight backpacking trips. Used Klymit sleeping mattresses with great success on both nights. Good rest and Sleep. Make sure your mattress fill valve is properly locked down.

Lost air
This is my second sleeping pad from Klymit. My first one developed a leak and I could not find it to patch it and had to buy a new one. When aired up it is the best sleeping pad I have ever used. My second pad did a similar thing. However, I put more air in it the second night and made sure I had tightened the valve and it held for 3 more nights. Quite possibly that was the first pad problem. I'll never know it's gone now.

Super light, affordable, durable. Four stars because it is pretty hard to get all the air out

You’ll never buy another pad
Lightweight- YES Versatile- YES Easy to setup- YES I bought this because of how light it is rated and with hopes that it’s design would allow me to not only use it in a tent but a hammock as well. Seems I lucked out, because of its V design when you lay on it when using your hammock the pad forms to your body and sits in place all night. Even though this pad is not the insulated one it served well as a wind barrier and kept the draft that’s flows beneath your hammock when suspended from giving m...

Affordable, simple, and solid sleeping pad
This sleeping pad was easy enough to set up and pack away. I actually managed to get it back into the stuff sack that it is packaged in, which is always a win. Sleeping on it was pretty comfy, and the price made it a total win.

Quiet sleeper
I was impressed that it inflates so easily and stays that way. Malleable enough to slide into a backpack chair form and quiet as I toss and turn in the tent.
