Great for light travel + bonus: comfortable
I've been camping a few times this year, mostly with my large tent and an air mattress. I wish I would have had the Static V pad sooner. It's just as comfortable, if not more so, then an inflatable mattress, takes less time and tools to inflate, and is super compact. The only thing I regret is not buying the insulated version. Note: I brought two dogs with me and even with them walking all over it in the tent, it managed to remain unscathed.

Love these mats and customer
Love these mats and customer service. I had one with a leaking valve and it was replaced with a new one under warranty. Great to see Klymit stands by their product and I will keep buying from them! Thank you! As for the mats itself, very comfortable for the small pack size! I even use them for car camping.

Held up great in the AK mountains
Just spent a week in the mountains of Alaska chasing Dall sheep, this sleeping pad held up great in a floorless tent on gravel, tundra, branches, everything. No issues, no leaks, it just worked and took any punishment it was given. It's lightweight so it didn't make my pack heavier, and took up a small amount of space. At one point I used it as a glassing pad on the ridge and made a day of looking for rams much more comfortable. I would highly recommend it!

Bang for buck sleeping pad!
The Klymit Static V is a great budget sleeping pad. It’s comfortable, has an intuitive valve system and it packs up very compact. This is my go to pad in warmer weather. I’m looking to do some colder weather camping so I’m eyeing up the insulated version. This pad is great for an entry level or experience camper/backpacker.

Comfortable space saving and light weight pad
This pad collapses for easy packing and I can inflate it in about 30 breathes. I've only used it is the summer and find it comfortable. I've ben using sleeping pads for 40+ years and recommend this one. Klymit also stands behind their equipment!

Prompt response by the customer service. I wished they could fix my pad I have been using for years, but it was very generous of them to replace it. I really love this pad. I let my side-sleeper friend borrow mine overnight and she is convinced to get her own!

Love the Static V. Have purchased half a dozen for family. It’s light, flexible, comfortable. I specifically use my static V in a hammock on cooler nights to keep the cold draft from seeping up thru the body. Perfect fit!

It’s easy to inflate comfortable light weight stows up tight. Camping is fun with a ground pad like this. The wife even liked hers so a win win for me. Ready for the next camping trip with this pad. Kept me cool in this southern heat. Ready for a camping/ fishing trip under the stars pad can easily fit in my fly pack and the pad even came with a spare patch for the just in case emergency.

Love the pad, hate the valve.
I love the Klymit V sleeping pad but I'm not happy with the update of moving the valve to the front-facing side of the pad instead of the corner. It makes it really hard and more time-consuming to try and get all the air out. You can't roll it to empty it fully anymore.
