Ignore all the negative reviews, this level is a beast!

Did what I needed it to do.

I bought this because I was laying block for a shed to sit on. Since I'm not a masonry or carpenter in any sense of the imagination, I wasn't going to try the line level. Anyway it did what I needed and the block are level. Like what has been said in other reviews, it's not bright enough to use on a sunny day, I had to wait till it started getting dark out.

Bought because of high percentage of 5 star reviews, “indoor/outdoor” and “100’ range; all of which are BS. I used it outdoors at mid-day on the shaded side of a building. I was lucky to read out to 15’. It’s going back.

Good For The General DIY'er

I mainly purchased this laser level to help align my garage door sensors which worked very well and definitely got the job done easily. The only real complaint I had is it's not really bright enough to cast a line out very far while the sun's shining. it shows much better in indoor environments. I also didn't have a laser level and finding myself needing one. the USB C charging is a bonus to me. it appears to draw about 5w to charge and will draw an additional watt per laser that's on totaling 8...

very bright and true. would definitely recommend just as good as the $300 unit that has the plastic case. the case on this one is more that good enough

Well done

The 3 plane leveling and magnetic securing. Replaced a leveler that only used a vice grip style which failed.

Perfect laser

This is the most cost-effective machine I have ever used. The design is small, but the functions are complete. It can help me do a lot of work. It's really worth owning it

Great would definitely recommend it. Absolutely helped me a lot in decorating my house.

Fantastic Tool

I had to frame close tolerance around a 100 year old chimney stack that had tilted, migrated, swayed, and bulged at every level of height. Rather than play around setting up plumb bobs to create a rectangular top and bottom frame, I used this tool to laser-up the top and bottom sections and created a perfect close-tolerance rectangle around the stack, quickly and accurately. Money well spent!

Not brighter than a 5th grader

This level is really great and it’s super useful having 3 planes. The lines are crisper than the DeWalt I had, I don’t find the lines as bright though. I used them in a room with direct sunlight and had a hard time seeing the lines.

Not good for outdoor work.

Made well and works well. It is not made for outdoor use. Outdoors, the laser is not bright enough to illuminate a wall more than about 6-8’ away over a width of about 10’. It works great for inside projects.

Perfect jobsite tool for blue collar workers
