Freezer Drawer Needs Replacing

Within a few days of installing the fridge, we noticed the freezer drawer had water/condensation on the top lip (see attached photo). We have to wipe away the water each morning and make sure the drawer is fully pushed closed with the drawers in their far back position. Otherwise, the entire freezer develops icicles throughout (see attached photos). The inspector can't see any breaks in the seal, but he said we need to replace the entire freezer drawer to resolve the issue.

Lots of room

It does keep things very cool in meat and crisper for vegetables, We took one shelf out to make it easier to keep tall items, this also makes it easier to see other things.

DON’T DO IT

constant issues for 8 years

constant problems until it completely failed after 8 years. leaks, lighting issues, door seals...non stop. looks nice but thats it

Nothing but issues

Everything that could go wrong with this fridge did. Interior completely cracked, everything is just duct taped together. Freezer drawers wouldn't close and constantly got stuck. And most importantly, it doesn't actually work. After a year ice build up got really bad. It would make ice, but wasn't cold enough to keep it frozen so water would just leak all over the place. Right now the price on this fridge is around 1200, when I bought it 2 years ago it was almost 3K and thats what I paid. It stopped working completely March 2026, exactly 2 years after I purchased it. Awful Quality

I really wanted to like this refrigerator, but the quality is just not good. It's only 5 years old and I've had it repaired 3 times already and now, less than 2 months after the last repair, the issue still exists. This fridge is beautiful and the inside is gray not white. I love the other drawers to get soda or produce without opening the big doors. It had great reviews so I hope it lasts. I had a whirlpool and a Maytag and both have had issues before they were 5 years old. Hoping Frigidaire males a long lasting fridge!

Love the clean and lots of space look to ftidge

So far loving my new fridge. Love the 2 extra 2 drawers 1 for veggies and fruits, use the other for can cokes. Have plenty of space. The freezer has lots of room and fits everything. Like how it was designed with the middle be able to scoot back and forth depending which side needs more room, the space to keep pizzas in, that's a good idea also. Really liking my fridge so far.

This is the worst refrigerated I have ever had the displeasure of owning. There is a power issue that kitchen aid and local appliance repair companies have not been able to fix. It rattles almost constantly which is an issue we've had since it was new. The ice maker works periodically and often needs to be dumped because ice melts and refreezes inside the icebox. This fridge is EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE. DO NOT BUY IT.

This product has an unusual height

I always purchase Refrigerators, washers and dryers from Lowe's since 1990 because the entire online order has been easy & the prices are reasonable! Recently, I am impressed with this online order without needing to talk to any sales person - the cable was automatically selected for you - with a free delivery & installation, etc. Unfortunately, this new refrigerator has an unusual height, which has blocked my two doors on the top. I wish Lowe's would give an earlier warning for the heights...

Great features, terrible reliability

We loved the space and features that this refrigerator had to offer. As of now, we've had it about 4.5 years and it has had continued issues from the second year on. The freezer stopped staying cold consistently which required the control and power boards to be replaced (luckily under extended warranty). This took almost 3 months due to parts shortages. So good I bought it a second time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After moving, I missed this fridge. Finally, I bought the same model. I loved it that much. I swear, the angels sing when you open the doors. Best fridge I've ever had. The only odd thing is that we didn't get dividers for the two pull out drawers. In the last model I had them. Not sure why they'd be omitted this time.
