Do not waste your money

I bought a brand new KitchenAid KRFF436SPS on 2/7/26 from Lowe's Home Improvement website and had it delivered on 2/13/26. On 3/13/26, the freezer completely stopped working. As part of the order promotion, a 2 year protection plan was provided. I spent since Monday morning going between Lowe's Home Improvement and KitchenAid who basically just scheduled me an appointment with Via Appliance Repair who advised they can't come out until 3/25 and that's just to diagnose, it could be another 10-14 d...

Poor install experience

The product is fine. The installation was subpar. Door wasn’t hung properly and won’t close or hold open the way it should. Ice maker door doesn’t close properly. Plastic film on fridge wasn’t removed entirely. Delivery drivers dumped their coffee (or something else) in my driveway). They must have been in a hurry or something.

Service is slow

The size for adequate storage. Water filter defective. Repair guy here a week ago and still no new filter.

I have very pleased with this fridge and the storage that it provides. I really like the handles on this fridge.

Poor Quality

For being a $3,000 fridge I would expect the doors to sit evenly. Plus the door on the left side will not stay open, it closes quickly upon opening the door.

attention to detail

Ignore the rating and recommendation, just got refrigerator today. To soon to say. Lowes sales people were great. For premium priced product the appearance attention to detail is lacking. the French doors are misaligned. the protective plastic film around the ice/ water dispenser must have been pealed off at the factory after inserting in the door opening, leaving tiny pieces all around the seam that are too tiny to get a finger on and remove. looks ba...

Have the plastic removed properly

The plastic protector cover was tore off and bits were left on all the edges by the delivery guys. It took me a long time to clean this plastic off the front of the frig.

Typical Lowe's Customer Service

Was expecting installation with delivery as stated on the website and Lowe's didn't follow through. Screenshot for reference. This will be my last purchase with this lackluster company. Buy from anyone else.

I finally got my new refrigerator delivered today. Sergio and Luis were very kind and helpful with my appliance set up. I’ll give this 2 guys a thumbs up for a job well done.

Check gaps between the doors before delivery worke

Aesthetically pleasing design. Well made. Runs quietly. However we noticed a few weeks later that the doors and hinges are misaligned.
