Freeezer failed first

Purchased 3000+ frig/freezer for it to fail. This was replacing a LG frig that started out the exact same way as this frig Not my first rodeo with failed freezer/frig. Delivered 12/21/25. Don't Buy KitchenAid

I am completely disgusted with this refrigerator. I have been a loyal KitchenAid customer for years. All my kitchen appliances are KitchenAid. But my 10 year old refrigerator would no longer keep cool, even after Flamingo techs came out time and time again, finding one thing wrong and then another. Everything I read said don't buy a new KitchenAid. But being brand loyal, I did. This thing is a piece of junk. It does cool consistently, I will say that. But the left door continually closes...

Poor Quality

After reading bad reviews about KitchenAid refrigerators, I went ahead and bought one to replace my 10 year old KitchenAid refrigerator which I loved but had finally become irreparable. Returned it! Great finishes, terrible engineering

Unlike what other people said in their reviews, the finishes I thought were quite nice, the grey interior was fine. I've owned KichenAid fridges before. Complements stop there. Thankfully Lowes has a 48hr return policy. The left door does not stay open, apparently this is a known issue I discovered from reviews on the kitchenAid website and cannot be fixed.
