Doors not level

The doors were not level when the refrigerator arrived. So far it’s taken 3 service calls to fix and they still aren’t level.

Water tastes like plastic

We bought this refrigerator on June 28th 2026. The water and ice had a strong chemical taste. We flushed gallons of water through, changed the $60 water filter at the recommendation of whirlpool, flushed several gallons more through the lines. We even went as far as pulling the new feed line out and reinstalling the old one to ensure the problem was with the refrigerator itself. Plastic Water

We purchased a new refrigerator in June and followed the instruction manual for setup. After 3 days and about 10 gallons of water, our water and ice system still tasted like plastic. Terrible delivery and service

The first refrigerator that was delivered had a broken water lever… the second delivered was dented as if in a hail storm. After all this good stuff over a month, they tell me they can’t take my old refrigerator away; though, that was paid for and took many calls to fix the over 3 hours they were here. I will never buy another appliance from Lowe’s again. Just facts.

Got the first 1 plugged it in didn't work. They ordered a us a new 1 had to wait for a new delivery date Got it hooked it up it worked 3 days later it stopped working. (would not go lower then 60 degrees). went back ordered a different brand had to wait for a delivery date. The new is working fine. So I payed 3 delivery fees and for 3 hooked up hours. Got 1 refrigerator and 0 hoses

Lowes delivered the wrong refrigerator

I ordered and purchased a $2500 kitchen aid French door refrigerator but was delivered a $1200 Samsung side by side refrigerator. Tried to tell the delivery guy that it was wrong and he said he had to install it anyway and that i had to take it up with lowes. Very unprofessional

Kitchen Aid refrigerator

The refrigerator is doing an excellent job. It’s only been 3 days. My first Kitchen Aid product, keep your fingers crossed!! I will recommend the refrigerator but I advise to find another way to get it home other than Lowe’s delivery. Worst experience in all my 60 years.

Door defect

It was delivered Friday. We got it all in place Sunday and the left door is way higher then the left. I called that day and haven't heard from them yet.

Very spacious and love the printless exterior.

So far I am happy with my purchase but it has only been a week, but I am very unhappy with the delivery service, that I paid extra for next day deliver because loosing my food was a issue, which has been refunded, but it was not delivered. No one reached out to me to explain I had to reach out many times to get any answers and all they would say is they came to deliver it but know one was home. Doors

Left door will not stay open. I was told by repair man that it is made that way. We have had refrigerators with French doors and never had this problem. The right door opens and stays until you close it. I would not recommend Kitchen Aid
