FAILED IN LESS THAN A YEAR

It started with condensation on the doors, dripped onto the drawer, freezer failed, everything warm! Less than a year. Hoping our limited warranty will fix this. I shall update.

water leaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit still leaking water from dispenser, tech has replaced lines, valve, tank etc on six different repair trips but still dumps water on the floor. Tech support says water pressure is to high but we have a valve which we have set 3/4, 1/2 and 1/4 and still a problem

Love my Kitchenaid appliances.

This is a great refridgerator, solid constuction, and the drawer ice maker is fantastic. we've become kitchenaid customers for all our major kitchen appliances. The handle styling in particular is very high end and functional. It ended up inspiring our cabinet pulls.

Surprisingly roomy

We also do not have a water hook up, so this fridge was perfect. The freezer has much more space and the fresh food section as well has a lot of room. Initially the shelf situation looked disappointing and I wasn’t sure how it was going to work but it’s surprisingly roomy! Love it! I mean, its so small, what would I put in there that wouldn't be so heavy it would tear that clear plastic container off the door? Difficult features

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This new fridge was in our show home when we bought it. The shelves have a space at the back and things fall back if you are not careful. The interior water dispenser is awkward to use where it’s located. The seal on the fridge sweats alot not sure how great the seal is. Otherwise the space in the fridge and lower drawer is good.

Lemon

We were looking forward to our new appliances in our new build. Travelled 3.5 hours to pick it up. Plugged it in and all it did was run the fan continuously and warm up. Big inconvenience and very disappointed.

An older version

It wasn’t taken care of so with our homeowners warranty we replaced the filter which the housing for the filter broke. Our original refrigerator in Colorado was identical to this one but 3 years newer than this one.If I have to replace this one I would cause I like the style of refrigerator.

Out-of-stock indefinitely

My appliances had been scheduled for a home delivery today after a month of waiting. My range was delivered (a totally different brand), but "my" Kitchenaid refigirator was not. My credit card was promptly charged for both. Lowe's waited until they delived the range to inform me of an estimated 10 delay for the fridge ( and only following my iquiry). I bought this fridge 02/26/2023 - date of death 09/16/2025. SHAMEFUL!!!!!! The finish was terrible to keep clean, and the whole thing DIED TODAY.
