Great features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We enjoy the ease of loading and the extra large utensil holder. The third top rack is also easy to use for odd shaped utensils and extra glasses. The filter is easy to clean , which is a welcomed relief from the constant filter cleaning of our old unit. Its VERY quiet which is great in our open concept living space. The CLEAN light and door opener is kind of a nice feature we didnt think we would like but we REALLY DO .The nice common sen...

Love all of the features on this dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has one of the largest capacity drums. Extra quiet, cleans extremely well, enjoy the large capacity for silverware, plus the 3rd rack. Overall I am thrilled with my purchase!

It's a dud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Automatic pop out arm got stuck in the out position . Couldn't close it. Had to call for repair and wait for a week to get it service. Handwashed dishes for a week. Wondered why I even bought a dishwasher if I have to handwash the dishes.

Great dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my new dishwasher! It is so quiet that you don’t even know that it’s running. The third rack is great for spatulas and long spoons. It’s easy to load and everything comes out sparkling clean. I love the holders for stemmed glassware; my only negative is that there are only two.

Also, we keep pressing the buttons along the top when we open or close which causes it to beep and we aren't sure if it may cause problems. We do like the very top tray. Lots of space. Very quiet. We were suprised when it opened when finished.

Frustrated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the 3 racks on my Kitchenaid dishwasher. However, the detergent dispenser has quit working TWICE since I got the machine 4 months ago. I have had a repairman out once and he fixed it. Now the detergent dispenser has stopped opening AGAIN. AND, the dishwasher door itself no longer opens for ProDry. So I will be calling for a repairman again.

Tines too short and spacing too great between them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tines that hold the dishes, plates specifically are too short! Very frustrating! Plates move around, ding each other, literally fall over. Tines are spaced too far out from each other too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is fantastic! My favorite feature is the fact that it opens itself at the end of the cycle so that it can air dry. It’s also very quiet and holds a lot of dishes. So far everything has come out sparkling clean.

It's great when it actually works...

It's great when it works - first one was delivered broken so that was replaced. then had to have a service call to figure out why the cycles would randomly stop, and now 8 months after purchase the dishwasher is completely dead - absolutely no power to the unit. KitchenAid will only keep repairing this thing and won't even discuss a replacement. Good luck getting a service appointment, too.
