Best Dishwasher we’ve Ever Owned.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our dishwasher for a month and this by far the best dishwasher we’ve ever owned. I never knew a dishwasher could get everything so sparkling clean. Features for racks and drawer placement are excellent and the top rack, which we’ve had before, has much better utility. This one makes sense. The previous washer was just a flat rack. Worth the cost and hoping it lasts a long time.

Good cleaning, but poorly designed shelves

Cleans so well and is so quiet

It cleans so well, and the dishes are always dry and it's so quiet you can hardly hear it running. I love the 3rd rack and all the space it has. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher to others.

Somewhat disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with the racks. I’m sure this might be a learning curve as you get used to your old dishwasher and how to make the most of it. I also find white porcelain mugs and dishes leave stains not getting thoroughly cleaned. That’s a major issue.

Purchased by mistake never again
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous dishwasher was a Kitchenaid and thought it had lasted 12 years. So, we bought this one and later found paperwork that showed the previous one had only lasted six years. If we had known that we would have gone for a different brand. The dealer told us it came with a rebate and the installer would explain how to apply. The installer had no clue.

Awesome dishwasher!!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher. I had a KitchenAid previously but after 14 1/2 years it needed to be replaced. The new one is just as awesome as the old one was. It's very quiet, cleans the dishes great, an my favorite thing is that it dries everything completely. No more having to hand dry the top of cups or glasses. I think it's awesome! Plus, I love the way it looks in my kitchen.

Good appliance

Wonderful Dishwasher
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this KitchenAid dishwasher for over a month, and I love it. The third rack is useful for cereal and desert bowls, and the lower racks have vertical support which is great for placing dishes. The dishwasher is so quiet! The other thing that surprised me is just how super clean the dishes come out of the wash. I thought my old Whirlpool got the dishes clean, but now my dishes sparkle!

More than I expected - SO great!

Beware of floor models
We were excited to purchase a new Kitchen Aid dishwasher. It turns out that the dishwasher (floor model). It turned out that this was a 3 year old machine. After getting it installed, it leaked and we had to file for warranty service. The machine was missing parts that had been scavengered at the store. It's a great machine but so disappointed that Lowe's did not make us aware that the machine was 3 years old and that it had missing parts
