Quiet and washes and dries properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last Kitchenaid bought in 2007 was starting to need some repairs but I figured was best to invest in a new unit due to the age and wear after so many years. This unit has much better door latching action than the old unit, door springs don't squeak when operating door, top rack has better design after you get use to loading it . I especially like the return to using a blower when wanted to help dry the dishes. A better design than Bosch pop...

great, but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought ro replace a kitchenaide bought in 2017 that began leaking a week before Thanksgiving company came. No time for waiting for parts to repair so brought another kitchenaide. The other one was soooooo quiet had to use a stethoscope to hear it. The new one is much louder. Disappointed after being so spoiled with the first one.

Better design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced a five year older model which had an electrical board failure. I was skeptical about the third level, but after some use, found it to be very useful. It does a great job, and is quiet. Its too bad that these appliances dont last very long, but I guess that is the way of the world. Filling up our landfills with broken dishwashers.

Great looks and features.

I like the top controls which are easy to use and still enables me to see the cycle time. The third rack is really handy and has dedicated washer jets. This machine has an above average capacity. It does a great job of cleaning even on the "express wash" setting. I trust the Kitchen Aid name for quality.

Excellent value and reliability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2nd Kitchen-aid dishwasher, replacing our original one after 20 years of service. We had purchased Kitchen-aid again because of excellent value and reliability. Nice new design features make the purchase even nicer.

So quiet!

A year later and still love it

We bought the stainless steel dishwasher with the deep third rack last November and appreciate its features every day. We put many more dirty pans in the dishwasher now, taking advantage of the flexibility of the three racks and ability to arrange the dishes in many more configurations than our old one. Top tier 3rd drawer is a charm.
