Excellent cleaning and beautiful to look at.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the look and function of my new Kitchenaid dishwasher. It cleans very well; I’ve only had one plastic bowl and a spoon come out with a bit of food on them though I’m sure the food was dried, and dish not rinsed at all before. I would and have recommended this to family and friends.

good but can be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it cleans great. it drys good too. but it aint 44db for sure since you still can hear the washing process even from 10 ft away. also i don't get it if the dishwasher cycle is done, why the fan still running for dryer. it maybe a good idea to let the door open at the very end of drying process like the competitors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher seems to clean well (haven’t used it much yet) but it is a lot louder than the Bosch that we had for 17 years. I do like the third rack, the interior was well designed for maximum efficiency. Gave four stars because I think Kitchen Aid should work on making it quieter.

KitchenAid Dishwash with third shelf

I wasn't sure how I would like the third shelf but now I wonder how I ever lived without it. All my appliances are KitchenAid or Whirlpool products and I wouldn't buy anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the features of my new Kitchenaide dishwasher. It’s so convenient to have three levels to arrange my dishes in. The option of only running the top two racks for smaller loads is a great way to save water and energy. It is very quiet while running also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, this has been a great dishwasher. Very quiet! Dishes come out spotless, We are using the rinse aid which came with the machine, but I don't know if we'll continue to use any when it runs out; we have filtered water. I am somewhat disappointed that both the Pro-wash and Normal cycles require almost 3 hours to complete. It's always an interesting puzzle to figure how to best fit dishware, but I am up to the challenge.

Exceptional cleaning!

I miss the blue light shinning on the floor of my previous dishwasher which made it quite easy to see the dishwasher had completed its task. I do not like that the utensil basket which does not fit securely nor attach to the front of bottom tray so I can’t easily drop spoons in w/o opening the door the whole way. I do love t...

Because our first Kitchen Aid Dishwasher was so good, it was a no brainer to continue with the Kitchen Aid brand. The new addition is quite as a mouse and the dishes are clean and dry after each cycle.

Great Features

Gets the tough stuff clean

Love the 3 rd rack. Unlike many 3 rd rack this is very usable space. I mostly us it for larger knives, spatula and other long handled kitchen utensils but will also fit cereal bowls or smaller containers that hold leftovers. I use the pro wash and pro dry cycles that clean my pots and baked on casserole dishes well also I saved the insulation cover from my old kitchenaid dishwasher and doubles the sound blocking with it.
