Cleans dishes very well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the dishwasher works very very well. It is very quiet and dishes come out clean every time. The only downside is the 3rd row cup rack, it doesn’t allow for enough room for normal sized cups and glasses. If you have small or short coffee cups it would work perfect. Other than that it’s a great dishwasher. If your like me and have tall glasses, opt for the silverware rack instead

Great dishwasher

Great for what it is

The only problem I have is I have to put it on the extended dry cycle and use jet dry otherwise dishes don't dry properly and it takes a long time. I should have paid more for the model with the fan.

A Very Happy Purchase

I knew I liked this dishwasher above all the others on display right away! The inside configuration was logical and efficient, and suited my needs. I also noticed the stainless steel accents, which I appreciated. When they say ‘whisper quiet’, it is no exaggeration…it’s almost silent! The location of the controls at the top of the door is very convenient and simple. Lastly, it looks great in my kitchen!

Glad I bought it

I had an issue the first week where the tray popped out, but the deal replaced the heating element and tray. It's roomier than I thought it would be. The extra tray on top is great. Silverware comes out shiny. It's pretty quiet too. The drawers slide nice.

Love Kitchenaid appliances

Stopped cleaning effectively after 2 years

My last Kitchenaid dishwasher was a dream so I bought another one. Purchased in 2023. Recently it stopped cleaning dishes effectively. Tried everything in the troubleshooting guide. Sad that a product didn't last for more than 2 years, and out of its 1 year warranty. Contacted Kitchenaid. Nothing they can do for me unless I want to shell out more money. Last time I buy a Kitchenaid product. Just sad.
