Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The way the baskets are configured are wonderful. You can actually utilize the top basket because of it's depth, which does not interfere with the middle basket. The adjust-ability of the middle basket is great. So easy! Even the silverware basket is easy to remove for emptying, which I never did in my old dishwashers. Can you tell I love this dishwasher!

Better than I thought it would be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a difference. Our old Whirlpool was ok until it wasn't. I stepped up to this Kitchen Aid and what a game changer. I didn't think the 3rd track would be as useful and it felt gimmicky. But, I love it and use it all the time now. And EVERYTHING come out clean and streak free.

Very quiet, cleans well but difficult to load

It is extremely quiet and cleans well but I find it a bit difficult to load. The silverware holder is huge and the handle is flat. Water sits on top of the handle so when you try to remove it to unload, water spills on the clean silverware. I also do not like the way the silverware hits the side of the dishwasher. I kept my old "Anywhere" basket from my Whirlpool ...

It holds so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked my old dishwasher but I LOVE my new Kitchenaid. The capacity is huge and the 3rd rack is great to have for the large utensils. I’ve only ever used the normal settings and everything always comes out clean.

Very quiet and has a lot of space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is very easy to use and cleans well. It is very quiet when running. Only thing I would change after using is the top rack cup side. I wish it was a larger area for the bigger utensils as most large coffee cups do not fit.

Good cycle selections, quiet, average usability

The not so good: Middle rack usability is affected by the third rack and by the tine spacing, so loading it can be a challenge. Water pools on the utensil basket/tray in lower and upper racks. Unreliable junk

This is my third dishwasher in 20 years. The first two lasted 10+ years each. In less than one and a half years, I have had two service calls and each has required a major part to be swapped out. I am looking forward to getting rid of this thing.

Beyond ecstatic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Three weeks in and this is by far the best dishwasher I’ve ever had. The third rack is a game changer, and the Prowash setting gets baked on messes on dishes sparkling clean. Plastic dries completely, no need to towel-dry anymore! It is so quiet. Best purchase this year!

very quiet but ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cleans well & is very quiet. However, I have specific questions about loading the dishwasher & the flatware tray. I find it difficult to load in comparison to our 15 year old washer it replaces & seems to hold less. Also want to know more about the flatware holder. Looks I it should divide in ½ but can't figure it out. Disappointed it didn't come with either an owers manual or a code to reach one - and I have looked extensively.

Great Dishwasher

Really enjoy this dishwasher! We use it all the time and haven't had and issues. It cleans well, is huge inside and was worth every penny we've paid.

We are impressed with the quiet operation and sleek design with the PrintShield black stainless finish.The stainless steel interior with the adjustable middle rack and the third rack for utensils was a big selling point for us. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our KitchenAid 360° Max Jets™ Third Rack Dishwasher for about a month now and generally like the performance and quietness. The only complaint is that cups put on the third rack don't seem to get cleaned!
