Difficult Installation

Installation is very difficult. It takes 2 people at certain points in the process. This fixture is supposed to have 3 light bulbs. You can only fit 2 of them inside the fixture. The area in the ceiling in way of where this fixture is installed must be sufficiently recessed to allow the top flange of the fixture to be flush with the ceiling. Bought two Black/Wood Tone and Gray

So far nothing except would have been nice if bulbs were included. We bought two of these fixtures one brown wood tone the other gray wood tone. The gray came with bulbs! Nice quality fixture!

I love this light. It goes with the rest of my lights (same collection) that I had installed in my new home 2 years ago. I originally purchased the large chandelier from this collection for my foyer, and while I loved it, it was way to big. This new light fit perfect in the space. Awesome Looking Light

Like the overall look and the ability to pair with other lights in the same series made for a great choice. Easy to install. Brightens up our kitchen. I recommend this brand of lighting. Great product and reasonable price point.

Poor quality

I'd like to say the lamp looks nice, but I really never saw the result of a complete install in my own home. I have good skills in electric and lighting, had realistic expectations for the product, have another lamp like it, planned the purchase, etc. But this particular product is . . . oh, don't buy it. The lamp cannot be installed correctly out of the box. Parts are lowest grade and tolerances are unacceptably sloppy. I took it back.

Pretty Light but Off-Centered Glass Insert

My husband and I installed this light over the past weekend and realized when we got to the step to insert the glass piece that the hole in the center of the glass did not align with the center part of the light. After struggling a bit we were able to insert the glass, but we could not get it to sit evenly. This placed strain at the bottom where the off-centered hole was. Nice looking, but not easy to install.

First off: The light cannot be installed with the parts provided. The instructions are also not very clear. My first installation took over 3 hours to install. The dry-fit to the existing socket required an extra trip back to the store to get shorter bolts. The base plate provided looked great, and made for the strongest installation, but if used, there would be no way to wire the light once mounted. Pretty but a pain

The lights look great, I will say that! I bought 2 of them and neither came with the bulbs like the description says. Also, it took our contractor a LONG TIME to install these 2 lights. The instructions are not user friendly even for an experienced contractor. I can’t imagine had I tried to do it myself. Other than the time to install and no light bulbs, they are good!

This thing is a nightmare

The product looks good but that is about all I can say positive. The instructions for installation are horrible. There are several steps missing which take some time to work through. One you get through that you encounter the screws coming from the mounting bracket, this itself is absolutely infuriating. The only reason it’s still in my house is because I don’t want to throw anymore tools against the wall in frustration while removing it. Find something else.

Bought for my new house for the hallway. Had the same one in my old house.

Nice Design, but installation is almost impossible

I hired a licensed electrician and I am a licenced Professional Engineer and it took both of us 2 hours to install this fixture to replace an old fixture. The tube and components that mount to the mounting plate in the electrical box do not have enough tolerance or length to account for slight adjustments and basically was almost impossible to install. The glass bowl is not perfectly balanced and it is difficult to get it to stay straight.
