Ratings & Reviews for Jacuzzi Primo White Elongated Chair height 12-in Rough-In WaterSense 1.6 GPF Dual Flush 1-piece Toilet

Jaccuzi primo toilet

Bought 2 of them for my restrooms upstair and down stair. Still working great after a year. Love it

Quick flush

This unit was easy to install and worked like a charm. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to replace an old one or wanting a water efficient one.

Toilet piece of CRAP !!

Installed 06/20/20 - I have not needed a plunger for 20 years until I installed this piece of crap- Weekly I must plunge to clear clog - I wish I had my old toilet back. NEVER AGAIN A JACUZZI. $190.00 bucks down the drain. DO NOT BUY - IT IS JUNK!!! 1 STAR IS A GROSS OVERSTATEMENT - NO STAR IS MORE CORRECT.

Jacuzzi Primo Toilet is Primo!

Bought one for our master bath and liked it. The top push button took some getting used to but now it isn't a problem. I like the lower volume flush to save water. I checked out several other toilets that were listed as flush volume between the two options this toilet offers. When you need a big flush the Primo can handle it very well. We live on top of a hill and this toilet is upstairs and the flush force is very good. We are sold on the one piece toilet for ease of cleaning and sleek look. We...

A great toilet

This is a comfortable toilet that makes cleaning easier than others. The tank & seat are one solid piece that keeps the lid area less likely to collect toilet grudge.

The investment that cost you thousands of dollars

The investment that cost you thousands of dollars. I’ve had this toilet for a while and I have not stopped having problems with it from changing the guts over and over again to changing my septic tank pipes it’s cost me thousands of dollars it always clogs does not have enough flushing power to move the toilet paper from upstairs to downstairs it is a nightmare

Great buy

Like that it is one piece. Usually never need to use the double flush option. On thing I would change is it is a touch on the tall side.

Elegant unitary design that hides the hinges

Elegant streamlined single unitary design with hidden hinges and easier to maintain, also ADA compliant, with very effective single or dual flush that optimizes water usage

Great potty

Easy to install. Sleek modern design with dual flush.

Good product

Easy to install, looks good. Most importantly, it flushes down everything.

Great product

Excellent item I am a contractor and lurched 4 units. Great value and streamline design make it a 5 star purchase

This is a great oversized toilet. I bought it for my sister when she was renovating her master bed n bath... she has one upstairs and she loves it. Its great for us that are gettin older because its much taller and easier to get up n down from!! Im getting one for my master now!!

Love how tall it is. This is a perfect toilet for tall people . I didnt realize how low our other toilet was. Plus the one piece design is so nice. It never ever clogs.

The height is higher than a standard toilet which allows you to rise up with minimal effort. The flush is adequate for both liquid and solid waste.

Jacuzzi Primo White WaterSense Dual Flush

I bought this exact same toilet two years ago when I remodeled my guest bath. I have been totally satisfied, so when I needed a new toilet in another bath, I chose this model again.
