Ratings & Reviews for Jacuzzi Primo White Elongated Chair height 12-in Rough-In WaterSense 1.6 GPF Dual Flush 1-piece Toilet

Great toilet

The installers were great and the toilet has turned out perfectly

We were looking for a dual flush model to finish a bathroom renovation and stumbled into this one-piece design. Installation was a breeze, works great, saves water. Hint: look through the seat mounting holes to line up flange bolts to set.

Works well, but you’ll need to get a better wax ring

Quiet

This is a very quiet neat looking functional toilet and perfect for a small bathroom. I like that you must put the seat and lid down to flush it. That was a buying point for me, however, the seat furnished is very cheap looking. Our lid was broken on arrival so I wish Lowe’s had checked it before we picked it up. Still waiting on the replacement but the toilets is still functional.

Comfortable and good value

Love the tall seats. My husband is always in there just taking care of business for an hour at a time.

Best toilet

We bought one for our downstairs bathroom, liked it so much we bought another one for our upstairs bathroom.

Great toilet

Two things worthy of consideration. First is the seat height. Being 76 years old, I find the extra 1/2 inch to be more comfortable than my previous toilet. Second is the great flushing power - with a minimum of water and a smaller physical size.

Happy

Love the one piece design and the dual flush options. Had to replace an old 2 piece that was broken during a renovation. It's a toilet, but overall, Ia m happy with our purchase.

one piece Jaccuzi Primo toilet

The product works very well and professional installation

Good toilet

we got this a year ago and works great. easy to install and works great!

Great toilet. Does a pretty clean flush .

Flushing is quiet and powerful. I cannot say that I love this toilet, cause it is a toilet. However, for toilet operation, it does its job efficiently and quickly. Not alot of spashing and noise.

I purchased to save water

I purchased this since it has a dual flush to save on water usage but you have to flush few times to do the job of flushing. It is using four times more water.

Great Toilet

I purchase this toilet 2 years ago and love and decided to replace the other 3 in my home. They look great.

Looks good, works great

We pay for our water, so this toilet will be a money saver down the road. The install went smoothly-not bad for two seniors tackling this project. We highly recommend this product and Lowe's. It was worth the drive.

Fabulous toilet.

Purchased this toilet because of the reviews, as well as the low flow water usage, the split flushing mechanism, and the one piece toilet for ease of cleaning. The one thing others should know is that the toilet may not shut all the way with some bidets. We put the old toilet seat back on.

Cool Sleek Look

Very nice product, looks great

Purchased this to replace a commode in one of my bathrooms. Have had it 2 months. Has never worked the way it should. Does not flush properly.

Lovely, as advertised, will be ordering another for guest bath!
