nice toilet, flushable instructions

Like other reviewers, the toilet is very nice but the instructions are garbage. Doug4500 did a good job of explaining the Beveled Disk usage. However, even with that the bolt caps weren't tall enough without adding additional washers to raise up the beveled disc. This should have been flush with the toilet base (i'll probably hack off the top of the bolt later.) Also, another review had a reply from the MFR saying they would update the instructions... well, it's a year later and the instruct...

Jacuzzi Primo White WaterSense

Very nice sleek look. No slam toilet seat works nicely too. Easy install and works well. Very pleased.

Water saver, chair height

Actually replaced all three of the toilets in our home, wanted to update and found this Jacuzzi Primo White WaterSense Dual Flush Elongated Chair Height to be most durable as they are one piece if a person leans back could put pressure on back tank and over time crack. They are chair height very comfortable, and the dual flush saves water.

Does not flush

We installed 2 of these 6 months ago into a new construction house and it has been a nightmare. The number of positive reviews have to be fake. It does not flush toilet paper or #2. We have to carry a bucket of water to flush it down, or keep flushing it several times over and over.

Great Value, looks nice

To start: the instructions are a little confusing (at least they were to us). The items in the instruction step didn't exactly match the hardware provided and the same part callout was used for different items, but we looked up the instructions for other Jacuzzi toilets and those worked perfectly. After that, it was a fairly easy install. The chair height is great, the water level is sufficient, and the dual-flush works well. Fabulous toilet, easy to install

I was told by a plumber that one piece toilets are tough to install. Not this one. A handman installed it in less than one hour. It is beautiful, works well and is a great value. Highly recommend. For our installation (over tile that was at least 1/4 inch thick) we needed another wax ring than the one provided for additional thickness. Their ring seems a bit short and skimpy. So buy an extra just in case, you can always return it. But for the toilet itself, 5 stars.

Sleek Looking

We are in the middle of a bathroom remodel. This is better looking in person than online. Very impressed with it. This is going to fit nicely in with our decor. I can't comment on any of the features at the moment.

Super poor performance

Have had this for in day and it is the WORST toilet I have ever had. Does an OK job in liquids but forget flushing solids. Clogs every time. I doubt I can take it back, so this one is going in the garbage where it belongs. DO NOT buy.

Wonderful Toilet and Easy to Install

It only took me thirty minutes to install this toilet. It came with the wax ring and the toilet seat (had to attach the toilet seat and set the wax ring, but the hardest part was taking out the old toilet! The ease of operation with the two buttons on top is a plus! Would definitely recommend, considering replacing the other toilets in my house with this!

A true King's throne!!

Above all.....IT WORKS! Flushes completely and cleanly in all circumstances!! I don't usually brag on toilets but this one easily earns five stars!

Sleek and modern looking.

This toilet looks great in our bathroom remodel. It’s more comfortable than our old one and looks great.

Defective

Just installed yesterday and already I can hear it gurgling and see it dripping inside the tank.

Decent toilet

This is a decent toilet for the price. The seat moves around if you sit on it to put your contacts in like I do. :) It's a little too big, but it is a decent toilet.

one-piece toilet by Glacier Bay

recommend the Glacier Bay, cost effective and more efficient than this one piece.

Top Doesn't Fit

The top of this toilet does not match the base of the toilet. It wobbles and doesn't nestle in the track like every other toilet in the world. I'm convinced it will get knocked off and break.

Does not flush solids

We had this toilet for 2 years now. Horrible flushing from day 1. Jacuzzi customer service even sent us a new flushing mechanism and it did not change a thing. It does not flush solids on either flow settings. Sometimes it takes 5 flushes (I am not exaggerating) to flush #2 from a small child. And the tank does not refill fast enough. The only way out is to place a toilet paper at the bottom of the bowl before you do your business. We've never had such a bad flushing toilet like this one. Why is...
