Ratings & Reviews for Jacuzzi Primo White Elongated Chair height 12-in Rough-In WaterSense 1.6 GPF Dual Flush 1-piece Toilet

EZ install, stylish

It's unfortunate this model is either no longer being manufactured or Lowes will no longer carry it, as you can't order online anymore. Super easy to install, looks great and operates well. It's so good and so affordable that I'm picking up extras at a Lowe's 90 minutes away from my home store to have on hand for the next renovation project.

Looks good, dual flush with 1.1 gallon minimum works well in most cases. The 1 piece construction (which makes it look good) is heavy but not unmanageable. Great price.

Best toilets to date

We have 5 of these toilets now in our home. Reliable easy to install look great/clean

Worst so far

I purchased this because Kohler no longer has one piece in the store. This toilet is the worst ever. My cheapest two piece toilets have been better than this toilet. There isn't enough water to flush down feces or the material isn't design for it not to stick. Whatever the issue I have never had to clean a toilet so much in my many years of pooping. Have to keep your toilet brush on call at all times.

Great toilet, TERRIBLE Instructions

We love the toilet. Looks great, works great. But the installation instructions and especially the drawings appear to have been prepared by someone unfamiliar with the English language and no knowledge of either plumbing or mechanical drawing. Luckily, I am familiar with toilet installation and was able to install the toilet successfully. My recommendation would be to throw the instructions away and watch a youtube or two on general toilet installation, then proceed. Jacuzzi, you're better ...

Height is great for handicapped folks

I like the one piece design and height of the toilet Also the fact it's duel flush.

Never have to hear the seat dropping again. Love it. Best investment ever.

Jacuzzi Primo Toilet

The Jacuzzi Primo Toilet is very comfortable. It adds style & beauty to my bathroom. Most importantly the height is great for my knees! I'm so pleased I chose it for my home! Thank you.

Very Comfortable, sit up high and overall a great item.

Great toilet, but color is more of a creamy white

My husband and son installed this with minimal annoyance. All parts present and accounted for. The all in one construction is a plus, should make it less prone to leaking than the old one it replaced. The significantly lower amount of water to be used per flush will save a lot of water. I also love the dual-flush option, so less water can be used as needed. The second flush is powerful enough for my son's major "deposits". My only complaint is the color. While it is "white," the color is a...

Great for any bathroom. The curves and single piece design can really upgrade a bathroom..

Really cool looking. Modern and clean looking. Love the little flush when needed. Know I am saving water. Big flush is nice when needed. Makes the bathroom look updated and stylish.

Love this style - easy cleaning and easy to install.
