It's very easy to set up. I've only used it for charging tool batteries and cellphone, doesn't last as long as I thought it would but will put it to the test when I hook up a small pump to water my gardens. So far, so good. The price does seem very high for what it does.

I used this product on a every day basis. If you live off the grid this is for you or if you’re just camping I must need. Every family man needs one.

Jackery 1500 and 2 100 watt solar panels

does not hold a charge for very long. It works. the panels charge it perfectly. At 8:30 pm the night before I charge the unit up to 100%. go to bed. wake up the next morning, its at 98% with no use what so ever. I feel a brand new unit should not be doing this and will likely wear out faster.

I have been wanting to get this for a while. I'm glad I bit the bullet (making payments over time) and bought it because a short while ago, the power went out, and it was such a relief to put out this solar generator. What I like about it--it is easy to use and recharge. What I don't like--2 cables came in the kit that I don't know what to use with them. I thought they were to be used with the solar panels, but I didn't need them to recharge the generator. There isn't anything in the instruction...

Better than expected

Fantastic product. We ran our big screen TV, cable box and home theater sound system during a recent power outage for several hours and only used 15% battery. It recharges quickly and keeps 100% charge indefinitely in storage. I'm very impressed by this battery pack. I've sold family members on getting one too.

The jackery 550 is great. Operating it is simple. Only had it for three weeks, already paying for itself. Love the lite weight. Wish the ports had covers to keep sand and debris out. Overall 👍👍

Good Product

I bought the 550 to have enough power for a few days with my CPAP. 2 days late on delivery; delayed my trip to wait for FedEx to arrive. 49% charge upon delivery. My trucks 12v cigarette lighter is broken so no charging while driving. Not enough power for an Airsense 10 CPAP through the night with humidifier on.
