Would Not RecommendBought this jackery since they had a sale going on. I couldn't wait to get one. I've read great things about them and have been wanting on for camping with my boys for forever now. But when I received it,it didn't have the solar panel it clames to come with which is extremely disappointing. The whole.reason I bought a solar generator and not a regular one is for the solar energy but with our the panel it's useless in my opinion. Very disappointed

Would Recommend.it worked right out of the box. Charged up using household electricity. When I got the solar panels I charged up to 100% Display window is very helpful. I like that you do not need an App for your phone to get into screen, I bought a different brand that customer service said I had to down loan an app then reset, needless to say I sent that back. Grid goes down so will cell towers
