Great for butcher block

Not for hardwood
Purchased this to make insets for votives on hardwood candle holders. The hardwood was too much for it. Probably would have worked fine on pine or another soft wood.

Great Bit!
This I needed to cut clean edge 2" holes in 4X6 landscaping timbers to be used as leveling stands for shelving in my garage. This bit did the trick without putting hardly any strain on my 3/8 inch drill.
