Great System, Great Customer Support

I have had this RO system for a year and am totally pleased with it. Great price, clear installation instructions and prompt customer service. Installation was not difficult. The main water supply valve developed a small drip when turned to the off position. The drip caused the shutoff device to activate, thus no damage. Nick in customer service, promptly and courteously offered to send me a replacement valve and shutoff wafers. I highly recommend this system and ispring.

I have owned this system for 6 years. It has pumped out an amazing amount of perfect RO water for me and my family. When I pump recently went out Michele was great to help me get a new one ordered and shipped out same day. It has done such a nice job I also bought their whole house filter to help with the rest of the house and our terrible well water. I highly recommend iSpring systems.

Brilliant customer support

Our faucet broke after 2 years of use, and I contacted customer support for help. I got a response from Nick, who was very helpful and quickly arranged the faucet replacement, which I received a replacement. The product looks sturdy and of a high quality. Hopefully, it will last longer.

I replaced our Culligan rental with this system and I am absolutely thrilled with it. The filtered water tastes great, and I can tell you that the over chlorinated water from the city isn’t good. I highly recommend this product.

Thank you so much Nick! Ispring customer service is stellar. I was able to speak to a human on the phone despite the 6HR time difference. Questions are remedied immediately. Our isping system is our best friend and has been apart of our home for the past 6 years! The system excels all the others. Our drinking and cooking water is beyond perfection, the proof is in the taste and smell. Brilliant design and quality. Refreshing, satisfying, complete peace of mind.

Ease of installation

it has replaced an existing R.O. system that was unable to keep up with our usage. This new unit produces more water for anytime use.

Love this setup. Great product.

Have had several water filters in my life time. We moved and our new home has a well. We purchased this filter to ensure we would have clean filtered drinking water. This system was easy to setup. Instructions made it simple to install. I decided to install it my basement instead of under my sink. Also tied it into my water amd ice maker on the refrigerator. Water tastes great so far with no issues a little a year inyo using it. I would recommend this product to amybof my family or friends.

We love our water system. We have had it for a while now. The water taste great. I did recently have a problem with one of the hoses. John from Customer Service was great and helped me with the hose I needed. John also sent me a link on how to install it. I highly recommend this product especially after knowing how Customer Service cares about thier customers.

Best water system!

We love our reverse osmosis water system. Our water tastes amazing and any issues that have come up Nick always goes above and beyond to help. The systems is wonderful but the exceptional customer service gives peace of mind. A must have!

Purchased in Summer 2022, still working well

An absolutely affordable and relatively easy to install unit. The water tastes great, filters are also inexpensive and changing them takes about 10-15 minutes. I also purchased the fridge waterline kit and ran it to the fridge for clean ice and water. Would highly recommend - I really don't understand why other systems are so pricey. Great Customer Service

Just bought few weeks back. Initially we had many questions on expected ppm and customer service is awesome. We got answers very promptly. Only issue is faucet is little leaky and Nick from customer service responded immediatley to send a replacement faucet to me. We are expecting to enjoy a hassle free clean drining water filter system from iSpring

Great clean system with excellent customer service

I've had this system for over 10 years. It takes some repairs and service from time to time but the customer support, especially from Nick, makes it easy. Would recommend to anyone who's tired of drinking chemical ridden water.

Excellent service

Great product, impressed with the ease of installation. I had one hiccup with the product. Sean customer support was extremely professional, polite and sent out the replacement part immediately. All Customer support should be so helpful and efficient. Gold standard. I highly recommend if you want clean good tasting water with out the chemicals added this is the way to go. It tested better than the spring water we were getting from the town spring. Truly impressive.

The best filter system for healthy water! My wife had a kidney transplant 3 years ago and has to stay hydrated every day. Our tap water doesn't taste great and studies show there are nanoplastics in bottled water. So I went with the six stage system to add the minerals back in and it is excellent tasting water.
