Exellent product, highly recommeneded

I've had this system for nearly 3 years and my family and I thoroughly enjoy it. The flavor improvement is really noticable and I appreaciate all the extra filtration that doesn't happen at our local municipal water system. So far great water RO system

Had a plumber install the system. Initially when we used it the system would make a very loud vibration noise. Could hear it thru the whole house. Had the plumber come back and got iSpring support on the line. Didn't get his name but right away he asked if there was still an extra filter in the box. There was and he said there shouldn't be. Completely satisfied with my iSpring Reverse Osmosis Filtration System, RCC7.

I bought my iSpring Reverse Osmosis Filtration System, RCC7, in September of 2023. I am completely satisfied with the system. We have an under-sink version, which is where most of the water we drink is dispensed. Because we wanted the best water we could drink, we also connected our refrigerator water and refrigerator ice-maker to the filtration system. Good customer support

I realized that I needed the version that includes a pump due to low water at the customers house (they are on a well). I called customer support. a real person answered (Nick) and sold me the pump and manifold for what would have been the price difference between the two models. Great outcome

Excellent water filter

This 6 stage water filter works very well at purifying our awful water. Our total dissolved solids went from 469 to 42.

Label and flow inconsistent

iSpring RCC7AK, when installing the filters disregard the labels when the cylinder shows the flow. The company needs to put the labels on the right direction with flow. Some labels are upside down / backwards when purchased. Also purchasing the filters separately is cheaper than the kits.

Great RO system

It was easy to install and really like the extra filter putting the good minerals back. More tasty water.

We love our iSpring RO system

We've had our iSpring RO system for over 5 years now and we love it. It's nice to know that our whole family has access to clean drinking water without all the extra stuff that can make its way into the municipal water supply. Recently, after 5 years of use, one of our quick connectors failed. I reached out to Sean at iSpring support and he promptly sent me a couple replacement connectors. Great tasting water and outstanding Customer Suppo

Been using the unit for 3 years now and it's run great until recently I had a constant drain issue from the brine line. I reached out to CS and Michele was an amazing agent to work with! She sent all the necessary parts to fix the issue free of charge! Even though I was out of warranty. Awesome on their end to retain customers. Back up and running now with great tasting water. Easy Install, Great Customer Support

Installed the unit without any issues. Instructions were easy to follow with great visual diagrams to reference. Had an issue with the faucet. Customer support was quick and friendly! They sent out a replacement asap! Shout out to Nick on CS!

Delicious Water - Quality Company

Bought mine 8 years ago. Eventually it cracked because I failed to put a pressure regulator on there. Nick at tech support sent me a replacement manifold (and pressure regulator valve) free of charge which is insane considering how old the unit was. Delicious water, respectable company, would recommend every time.

Great product, Excellent water quality

I just installed this system under our kitchen sink. I tested the water, and the results showed an excellent quality. The installation was a little hard due to limited space under the sink, but nothing extremely complicated if you have a little knowledge of plumbing. If not, I highly recommend hiring an expert. Thanks Julius for helping me with the extended warranty registration.

Easy installation after watching video. Took about an hour. TDS was averaging 434ppm for tap water. After filtration with Alkaline Filter it is averaging 33ppm. "Laurence" at Ispring helped me register my product and assisted me with a defective fitting. (It should be noted that Ispring provided spare fittings with this system. After Support

I bought this exact product here in January and had an issue with the Auto shut off valve couple days ago. I called iSpring support, Nick answered my call and was able to diagnose my issue and ordered a replacement product. Very pleased with the service Nick provided and very happy with their support

The filter is a excelent quality for the price, and iSpring has a very good customer service, Nick did great helping me with all my concerns.
