Great Quality and Customer Service

I have installed 2 of these RO filters in a residential setting. It supplies clean, reliable water at a reasonable price. The filters need to be changed every 6 months but it is a lot cheaper than buying bottled water and no plastic waste. The only problem I have had was the faucet had a leak at the handle, but customer service was quick to respond and easily sent me a replacement. great product, great warranty service

We've had this filtration system for 18 months. Easy to install (I'm no plumber for sure! But if you can put together a childs toy you can easily figure installation out). The filters seem to last forever. We had a minor drip with the faucet but Richard sorted us out quickly when J filed a ticket with the manufacturer. In this age where our public water infrastructure is going to pot this is a must have to keep your family drinking safe and palatable water A+++ would buy again!!!

With this filter, water is much safer to drink and not worry to forget to buy water. Water actually taste good. Much cleaner compare to sink water.

Great taste and convenience.

After years of having a Pur water dispenser that we had to refill to get filtered water, we finally made the investment to have this system installed. It was well worth it! We no longer get frustrated by waiting for filtered water to be available (when you are filling a cup and run out of the filtered water, have to refill the canister, and then wait for it to filter enough water to finish filling your cup...). Just great tasting water

This is my second iSpring reverse osmosis system, as when I moved there was no doubt that I needed one here too! Relatives with other reverse osmosis systems frequently comment that my water tastes better than theirs, and having tasted their water, I agree. Price was fair, delivery was fast, and I also like being able to visually inspect the first stage sediment filter through the transparent housing, which is something few competitive systems offer.

Love this R/O system

I just replaced my 14 year old table top R/O system with the iSpring RCC7AK under the sink unit. I love it! Very tasty water. After my plumber installed it I had some questions. I called iSpring and spent about 40 minutes talking to Don. He was very informative, friendly, and excited to hear about what I thought about this product. I have 25 years of experience with several R/O units. This one is by far the best R/O system I have used.

My wife wasn't convinced until after I installed it. She loves the water we have in our house now!

It was easy to install and the quality was very good.

There is a notable change in the quality of the water. Installation was very straightforward and you don't have to be expert to install it, step by step instructions are straight forward and I had it working in a hour.

I have noticed that I am drinking a lot more water. Thanks to iSpring, I know what I have been drinking is clean and healthy water!

Nick, in the Customer Service Team, is really nice and professional. He helped me step by step to resolve a tan filling issue. The system is good, except for the tan coming with some malfunction, so I want to give it a 4-starts rating, but the nice customer service makes the overall rating go to 5 stars.

I installed this 2 months ago and it was easy to install. They included everything I needed to get me up and running.

Being sick of lugging store water and not happy with the faucet connected filter. I ordered this system and WOW! Not hard to hook up and I really wish I had done this years ago. We live in rural area where the water is pumped out of the ground and hardly is treated. The weird taste and odor we used to find in our water is all gone now. Couldn't be happier!

Installation takes a while, but went well. Good!

Tds reading went from 250 ppm to 25ppm. The same texhnology the use in the internationala space starion to resuse ANY liquid into potable water, this filter not only provides the cleanest possible water, but it tastes normal, and pays for itself given the fact that there's no need to buy water by the gallon or keep replacing filters all the time.
