Exceptional customer service and great taste

I ran into an issue with a slight leak upon attempting to change the filters. I called in warranty support to help me figure out next steps. Sean from customer service was exceptional and greatly helped me. Not only did he get on a video call and looked at the system, he was kind enough to send me the replacement parts and followed up with me, until my issue is resolved. Great system and exceptional customer service. Nothing more I can ask for. Thanks Sean again.

BEST HOME FILTER

We love our iSpring filter. We have tried so many over the years, and this one is the best. I love that it remineralizes the water. Changing the filters is easy; remembering when to do it is more challenging, although the change in taste will remind you. Whenever I have had a question, the people at iSpring have either answered the phone immediately or gotten back to me in short order. Nick at iSpring is the best.

I bought two of these units from Lowes after four hours of research . The installation diagrams and directions are excellent. I had some issues, but customer service was very quick to correct. Definitely recommend buying.

Excellent buy and designed well.

I have rented RO water systems in the past and decided it was more cost effective long term to just buy a good system. The system was very easy to install. I had one minor leak but the manufacturer was very helpful and my problem was resolved quickly. The quality and quantity of water production using 60PSI water supply is excellent and we have never run out of RO water even when using it for cooking quite a bit. Just Water, Now!

The water in my condo building tasted off to me and to several other residents. We checked it out with the president of the homeowners’ association. Despite the taste it had been tested and was safe. Good tasting water.

Installed the RCC7AK 6 stage system a couple months ago and the water has tasted good ever since. The installation instructions were easy to follow. I installed mine in the basement just below the kitchen sink and added a refrigerator kit to have cold water and for the icemaker. The pressure is a little lower on the refrigerator but the water line is longer and it has to go through another filter on the frig. iSpring RCC7AK - A Great Product

This is a well designed, well constructed unit. The installation is a little involved, but doable with a few tools. The result is well worth it - no more visits to a water vendor!! iSpring's technical support is also friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely fast! Francis helped with an issue and provided excellent support and follow-up! I highly recommend this product!

Water system

I love this water system, we've had this system in other homes as well as our current one. The company is amazing to deal with. I called and spoke with Shawn, he was friendly and very helpfull with finding the right filter replacements for my system.

iSpring RCC7AK - Worth the price!

Brian with iSpring Customer Service helped quite a bit with registering their product. Install was pretty easy with very well written instructions and color coded tubing. Be sure and add the re-mineralization cartridge as 100% pure RO water is rather tasteless. Great product!

ispring is a wonderful company, they have good and reliable products. we are using this system for 5 years now and didnt have any issue till now. when one filter-housing got cracked after 5 years, we contacted customer-service and Mr. Don Huie was extremely helpful in resolving the issue. We are grateful and really happy with the system!

Best Filter for the Money

Not only is the filter and faucet the best you can get for the money, but the company is here in the USA! I had some questions on my install and operation and Don and John B. from Ispring were professional, quick and knowledgeable. My highest recommendation.

6-stage is perfect for city water.

I like that it has six stages, each one serving a good purpose. Stage six that puts the minerals back in the water is a big help to correct that inherent problem of many other R/O filters that don't have that feature. The company has great customer service, Sean being the person who helped me.
