Good RO System; Better Customer Service

I purchased this system to replace an obsolete RO system. I found it easy to install and the instructions/video straight forward. When I needed a black RO faucet versus the stainless steel one that come with the package. Nick (iSpring customer service) accommodated by request by replacing the stainless steel faucet.

Awesome service!

I love this system. It works great. I had an issue with the faucet leaking after about 2 months. I emailed them and Sean contacted me and promptly sent out a new faucet. I highly recommend this product.

GOLLLLLYYYYY! I'm going to keep it short and not so sweet (like me): This company is doing the LORD'S WORK. I promise if there were demons in your water this filter would figure it out. Possessed? No problem, drink a glass. The only thing this filter can't do is stop crooked politicians and business from junking up your water in the first place.

Great affordable RO system with good support

​We have two separate iSpring systems within our families. We’ve never really had any issues and if something does pop up, customer service is often friendly and prompt. If I reach Nick with support, he is always extremely courteous and often very helpful. Replacement filters are extremely reasonably priced, as well.

Give yourself at least 4 to 6 hours to install

The pre-cut lengths of colored tubing were damaged and resulted in leaks. The storage tank should be made of some type of rust proof material.

I replaced a system that I had for over 10 years so I had some idea how to install the unit. I took my time and can say the system is logical and I had no problems or leaks.The taste of the water is far superior to the old system due to the remineralization filter and the flow rate and volume are also superior. iSpring is a great company

Our RO system from iSpring has been a real life saver. We bought it during the virus hysteria to keep from buying bottled water, and we haven't bought bottled water since! The customer support is absolutely amazing, one of the pressure switches went out on ours, two years later, and Sean over at iSpring sent us a replacement under warranty, no questions asked, just had to provide a receipt. Amazing company, they stand behind their products.

Best Ro system ever!

I bought this ro system 6 months ago and it really works well. The housings and filters are very high-quality. Water flow is large and stable. With the clean first stage, I can easily see the water and filter condition.

Great tasting water & exceptional customer service

We have had this system installed for a little over 6 months. The water tastes incredible. So much that when we drink bottled water now we consider it a major downgrade. Very happy with this product. I looked at a few on the website and chose this one. It was my first time owning and installing an RO system. The construction is very nice and it was well protected/ packaged. The instructions have a video link mentioned as well as recommending reading through once to familiarize yourself (which i highly recommend reading and even read through steps twice as you do them). I have done lot of research before making this purchase and this product stands out among all the RO systems as the remineralization stage adds essentials minerals back to the water which adds to the test. I am extremely happy with the support team especially Michele who sent out a new water feed adapter as the old one was leaking. With the new feed adapter I finished my installation and everything is good now. I definitely recommend this product.

Packaged for easy assembly and installation

The iSpring 6 stage RO system is smartly packaged and has clear directions for how to complete the installation. It took me 2-1/2 hours to get the unit installed and working. Our sink had never had a system installed before, so the space was wide open for this product. It needs it!
