Excellent Ceiling Fan

Needed a large fan with lots of air movement to help cool our great room. Definitely did the trick. Moves 8,000 + sq ft per minute which will change the air needed once every two minutes. Stylish and extremely quite and does exactly what we needed.

Awesome fan

Fan has large longer blades & really give the entire room air fan also comes w the bulbs. I will get brighter ones but they at least come with them. Unlike most fans. Great design. Best fan purchase ever!

Does not put off a lot of light

We purchased this fan for our very LARGE living room with twenty-two foot ceilings. The look of the fan is extremely nice but beware, the lighting from this fan is not bright at all. But it is surround by six can lights, in our house, so it will work for us.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

We had a smaller fan in our bedroom, it had a little noise begin after some years so we decided to trade it out and put that one in our bathroom and purchase a new fan for bedroom. This Fan Blows Some Serious Air

Just finished installation today so I can't comment yet on longevity - but this point I'm pretty pleased with the fan. On the high speed it will certainly move a LOT of air. Enough so that I will probably use the high speed very infrequently! On medium it still moves a considerable amount of air. I've seen a few comments about the lowest speed, or "serenity" as Hunter calls it and unlike many others I like it. Went up without a hitch!

Hunter thought everything through from start to finish, it's a giant fan, and it went up like I was plugging in a desk fan at work. I really can't say enough, it's been years since I put up a ceiling fan, and it was some $50 Chinese bargain deal from a store that I'm not going to mention. This fan is very quite. It gives off great breeze. The installation was easy. It's well worth the money!!

Dissatisfied

Product had parts that did not fit each other, had to make 2 return trips to store and Hunter fan Co sent me a wrong replacement part which could have been shipped express but was not... Overall very bad experience

awesome high quality fan plenty of comfort

I have never in my entire life had to find install ceiling fan but when we moved into our new home the first thing I noticed was there weren't any and it was uncomfortable without the air circulation. we went to Lowes to browse the different models and this one stood out because it has the longer fan blades and the design is super elegant. This fan is great if you wish to fill up some ceiling space. Air movement is good and the motor is quiet. The one minus I gave it is the light fixture. If you don't mind the flashing you would see on the ceiling while running both the fan and lights, then this fan is for you. I will be changing the light fixture to a four light fitter that projects light down away from the ceiling so I don't see the flashing. It is distracting, especially while watching a tv program. Installation takes some patience

Takes a bit of work to install this fan , not bad but not easy either. There is a wobble when it is in use and I have not been able to find the sweet spot to make it go away so far. the balance kit did not make any difference whatsoever. I gave up after a few hrs and will go back at it later. I did notice one of the blades was a little loose so that may be the culprit.

Worse purchase ever

I thought the 70-inch blades would generate a great breeze. I was mistaken. The fan only stayed up one night.

Very Satisfied with Purchase

Very Happy with this ceiling fan, I needed a white colored globe, instead of the amber colored one it came with and Andy at the Lowes in Albany NY was very helpful. He was able to get me the globe I needed. It was very nice of him to go out of his way to make me happy.The fan has bigger blades then most fans and is very quiet. I will be buying the same ceiling fan for our living room. And thanks to Andy I will be going back to Lowes instead of shopping around looking for another fan.

Great Fan

Replaced an older and smaller fan with this one. Easy to install and it works great. I can feel the difference it makes.

Assembly

Overall this is a good fan, the assembly instructions aren't very clear, and its not as preassembled as other fans.

Won't balance!

I am a retired home repair contractor and have installed hundreds of fans, Hunter has always been the first one I would recommend. I always scan the install directions to look for any little changes to the assembly directions knowing every fan no matter the MFG. can be a little different. This one was no exception but the directions left out a step. just before installing the blades and I had to back up 3 steps to install the blades.
