Deep box great for new construction
These work great for new construction. I used them to mount ceiling fans and being 2 1/8" deep there was plenty of room for power and switch wires. They also include mounting screws and a wire connector. The only con I have is they should included 2 wire connectors.

RACO 1-Gang Ceiling Fan Ceiling Electrical box

pre-drilled and broke the head off bolt 3
Would Not RecommendMuch like one of hte other reviews - i broke the head off one of the lag screws. I pre-drilled the hole but clearly it was not wide enough diameter. Disapointed that this just flew straight off. Now i need to see what my options are - drill a new hole, try and extract this one. argh.. please include a recommended drill diameter for predrilled holes - would have solved my issue.
We are disappointed that this product did not meet your expectations. The recommended pilot hole is 5/32".
