Check the contents before purchasing

The tube for testing cyanuric acid was damaged from packaging in 90% of the test kits on the shelf at the store. Unlike the other tests, the amount of solution provided for the cyanuric acid is very limited and may allow about 3 tests before it runs out…an insufficient amount in my opinion.

Excellent Product

Very well organized pool kit that includes the elusive CYA acid testing; a critical test that many times causes a continuous loss of chlorine. Very reasonably priced ,with a well organized container, although these type of containers should always be stored in the garage during the off season for a variety of reasons, to keep the kit, and the testing agents operative.

Customer Service Want to Help…

Ordered the kit for home delivery. The kit was shipped with half of the items missing. Possibly a return or repack, useless without all of the components. Lowe’s customer service tried to help but was limited by their systems and processes. Overall, a poor customer experience. Is it worth loosing life long customer over a $20 item?

Excellent test kit for the average person

I kept having issues with my water balance. It was especially confusing to me because I would bring a water sample every Friday morning to my local pool store to be tested. Sometimes it was dead-on and sometimes way out of whack, so they said. Finally, frustrated, I took two samples of my water and since there's two pool supply stores in adjacent plazas, I decided to have two tested. They didn't even come close to matching each other in any area of the printout. That's when I bought this HTH kit...

Great price but the dropper top for the OTO yellow caped bottle was MISSING! Just a wide open top under the yellow cap.

Precise numbers for chemical tolerance.

It’s not the strips. A lot more accurate than the strips. Allowed me to fine tune my chemicals. Haven’t had any algae problems since switching to this kit!

Pool Chemical Balance Kit

Kit provided everything I deem critical to maintaining the proper balance in my pool. Really like the residual chlorine test. That's a plus compared to the limited test kits available in numerous outlets.
