Would Not RecommendHow many drops to test the chlorine? The reading is consistently high even though my strip test says other wise and just to confirm... I brought water to my local pool supply store to find out the strips are more accurate than the drops! I bought the strips to get a general look that the pool chemistry, now I rely on it for the more accurate reading. FYI The strips are made by a different company

Instructions
Would RecommendI like this kit because it’s comprehensive. However, the instructions on a porous paper is rendered useless after about 4 uses. The words disappear and it falls apart. I have a 3 because of the poor design for the instructions. Otherwise, it suits my needs. Right now though, I can’t read the cyanuric acid instructions and have a need to know how to test for it. Would Not RecommendAbsolutely idiotic having the instructions on flimsy paper. Mine were destroyed before I could do my first test on a windy day here in Texas. Not having instructions available on your website is also very poor customer support. Do you ever look at other vendors websites to se how they support their customers?

I like this test kits but the customer service is so stupid. The kits come with its instruction paper, and it got torn up as it got wet. I could not find this information on its website, and I chatted with expert. Would RecommendThis kit is easy to use and understand. The instructions are clear and simple to follow. As with any water test, accuracy on filling test tubes and counting mixture drops carefully yield the best results. The only down side to this test is the paper instruction sheet. Like Gremlins, you don’t want to get it wet. It sticks together and shreds when you try to open it. Store it separately from the kit or if you can, laminate it.
