It’s a treaded Rod the come in multiple lengths.
Would RecommendA perfect threaded rod for my cart. The wheel I bought said ½” but turns out ½” rod would not fit fortunately these rods cone a large selection of diameters. This one fit like a champ. With nuts available no issue securing the tires.
