Would RecommendBought this to use on my boat trailer. It seems to be very strong and the threads are clean and even along the entire length. Worked out for what I was using it for.

Threaded Rod used as a Small Boat Dolly Axle
Would RecommendIt is what it is. Seems well engineered and thread pattern aligns well with nuts and washers used. I used this rod as an axle for a DIY small boat dolly. I built the dolly around it using PVC pipe and joints. I think using the rod all the way through instead of a lag bolt on either side makes the dolly sturdier and allows for a higher weight rating without the chance of wheels sagging or breaking off. Time and use will determine durability.

Threaded Rod
Would RecommendWe used this as a stabilizing bar across the tunnel of a snowmachine for home made snowboard racks. We put a pvc pipe over it to protect it. It is perfect and solid and good price. Fits nuts and bolts fine.

Not Realy 1/4" diameter
Would Not RecommendIt's labeled 1'4" diameter but it's actually just over 1/8". Wish the specs would mention that.
