Ratings & Reviews for GroundSmart 75-cu ft Cubic feet Cypress Rubber Nuggets Bulk rubber mulch (IPEMA Certified for Playgrounds) Recycled Bulk Mulch

Poor Logistics and Delivery

When you order something this size to be delivered, there needs to be some accountability and accuracy when providing shipping information. The tracking lags behind and estimated delivery dates are terrible. Rearranging work schedules to accept delivery because it says “arriving today” and then having it arrive 4-5 days beyond that is just ridiculous. Now it cost me 2 days of missed work for the day wasted today, and then having to take another day when it actually arrives…

Excellent product and delivery

Have used this product from Lowes for years all over our property. Works /looks great. Delivery person very helpful.

Long life

Has not been down long enough for me to give my opinion.

The color is a darker green than what is shown.

The color of the bark is dark forest green. It looks great under our playground.

Beautiful Mulch

It is great. I love the look and appearance of the mulch. It really has been an upgrade to our landscaping. I will use the rubber nugget mulch from now on. I really liked that Lowes delivered it to our house for no fee.

Product was exactly as described

Good price and home delivery

It’s worth the investment!!

This rich black color. It smells like rubber but the smell will fade I’m sure. I love that the color should stay a rich black color for 12 years so no more yearly refreshing the mulch!!

Red Rubber Mulch

Great rubber mulch, good price & free delivery.

Got Wrong color

I ordered black but got green and didn't notice until the trucker left and we started to put it down. I like the stuff but wanted black. I couldn't wait and had to lay it down as is. I guess I will have to stay with the green and maybe cover it with black next year. Disappointed with the wrong order and would have not accepted delivery if: 1) I noticed it was green; 2) Wasn't time constrained.

A color slightly darker than expected..

Quality as expected..

Great product.

Terrible Vendor

I purchased this for a project that had a deadline of Easter. This was purchased on 3/16/23. Lowes is drop shipping this item directly from the vendor. This was picked up by the ltl carrier on 3/18/23 and scheduled the 1st time for delivery on 3/20/23. It was then rescheduled to be delivered today, 3/26/23. The delivery driver arrived in the time framed window. Upon inspection of the pallet. the wrong color was shipped. Driver and I both confirmed the wrong color. I was then issued a refusal num...

Chopped Up Tires

Purchased this product to apply as mulch for lawn landscape. Thought it would look nice and last longer than mulch. Bad move! Paid over $700 and spent a couple days applying it. It’s nothing more than chopped up tires. Can see cords, black, gray and white color, and it plays havoc on the mower. I also noticed a difference in my plants, which I believe is a result of toxicity from the tires. One year later I removed it all. Had to dispose of it. And now applied mulch.

Poor Delivery!

My wife has missed 2 days of work and now a 3rd tomorrow waiting on the delivery. Truck came to deliver yesterday, had an issue and said they would come back and deliver first thing in the morning. Call at noon to find out it's not even on a truck today and they will deliver tomorrow. Total inconvenience and loss of time and money. It's a 3rd party delivery service and subpar to the quality of service normally provided by Lowes. Unhappy customer!!

Good stuff, but the delivery???

The product is good, delivery, not so much

No control quality

I purchased over 120 bags but the consistency and color was so off. Half of it was grey not black and had pieces of red mixed in. Super disappointed considering the money spent.
