Bad delivery, no help from lowes
Would Not RecommendReceived my pallet of rubber mulch.. left out in the side street by my house because the driver couldn't get it to my driveway or fence gate. So I had to hire someone to come over immediately while I was at work to get it all moved inside my fence gate. During the delivery, the driver damaged some bags and noted it BOL and delivery receipt. I reached out 3 times, being told each time the store would reach out and I would get credited for those bags. Nothing. It's been months and nothing. I'm sh...

Rubber Mulch
Would RecommendWe purchased a pallet of blue rubber mulch for the area around the pool. It is a beautiful color and perfect for the area. It is soft to walk on and I know that if pool toys get tossed out of the pool the kids aren't going to get hurt running around the pool.
never received this
Would Not RecommendI'm still waiting weeks later. Do not buy from Lowes. Customer support is out of the country, and there is no one to help with anything!!

Poor Logistics and Delivery
Would Not RecommendWhen you order something this size to be delivered, there needs to be some accountability and accuracy when providing shipping information. The tracking lags behind and estimated delivery dates are terrible. Rearranging work schedules to accept delivery because it says “arriving today” and then having it arrive 4-5 days beyond that is just ridiculous. Now it cost me 2 days of missed work for the day wasted today, and then having to take another day when it actually arrives…
