Delivery needs improvement
Would RecommendThe product is good but the delivery service needs improvement. The delivery driver has trouble bringing down the pallet to my driveway. It is stuck for 1 hour and he had to open up the pallet.

Nice product
Would RecommendI was supposed to go to the hospital the day that this was delivered and was so upset that I couldn't go. I was not aware that this particular product was arriving four days early. I was unable to make any space for these five pallets. I'm too old to be working outside in the yard like this. I have had a stomach bug all week with diarrhea with the rest of my family. This being delivered four days early was very upsetting. I wish that they could have delivered it on Tuesday September 9, 2025 as p...

Great Product, Delivery Service Fell Short
Would RecommendThe product itself is great and exactly what we needed and anticipated. However, it was the delivery process that didn't go so well. We were told delivery would take place between 10am and 2pm. We had a staff member on site waiting. We were never contacted and told the delivery would take place outside that window. In the midst of meetings and other scheduled appointments, I had to reach out to R+L Carriers and was told, we weren't scheduled for delivery. Then they called back and said it would ...

Delivery issue
Would Not RecommendBought thru Lowe's but delivery was thru CL carriers. The delivery truck refused to set the pallet off the road so we had to refuse delivery. CL Carriers is terrible to work with. We assumed the delivery would be via Lowe's delivery truck but not the case.

gorgeous product
Would Recommendwell packaged and beautiful. Recommend to ship on smaller/multiple pallets. The delivery driver had a very difficult time unloading the pallet (60 bags ~2K lbs.) and ended up dumping the pallet off the ramp on its side (I approved) due to the sheer weight and inability to move with the pallet jack. Driver went above and beyond to help pick up and move the spill, which was not expected or necessary.
