Color not as advertised

I purchased the Cypress color and unfortunately the wrong color was delivered, or it was just different than advertised. The color is much more of a dark grey than a light brown. I contacted Lowes on Sunday 8/9 to resolve this and was told I would hear back within 48 hours. It has now been over 4 business days and not a word after checking back in for updates multiple times.

Perfect For Apartments Playgrounds

If you're looking for the perfect product for an apartment community playground, this is it. The color, texture, and durability make it an excellent choice. I highly recommend it.

Cypress color not even close to website picture

I ordered the Cypress color which looks gold/tan in the pictures on the Lowes website but the Cypress color that I received was not even close! Very Disappointed! The color I received is a MUCH DARKER UGLY BROWN color. Again, very disappointed. If I wanted a dark brown color, I would have ordered the Brown color !

Poor delivery

I received notice this would deliver today. It’s a large pallet and the driver need to know where to put it. Have ordered before. Sat home all day waiting and it’s still not here at 8:45pm. No contact or email on stating delayed. Online status still show as out for delivery. Poor customer service!

one & done

the rubber mulch is well worth the price difference compared to wood mulch. The rubber holds it's color, does't break down as people/animals walk on it & saves the time & effort of having to constantly reapply

Love love love this mulch!!

It took time to convince me rubber mulch is a good idea, but wish I would have done it years ago! We are in a wind tunnel. While we were putting it down, gusts up to 60 mph and nothing blew away! So much better than replacing wood mulch each year.

Nice product

I was supposed to go to the hospital the day that this was delivered and was so upset that I couldn't go. I was not aware that this particular product was arriving four days early. I was unable to make any space for these five pallets. I'm too old to be working outside in the yard like this. I have had a stomach bug all week with diarrhea with the rest of my family. Great Product, Delivery Service Fell Short

The product itself is great and exactly what we needed and anticipated. However, it was the delivery process that didn't go so well. We were told delivery would take place between 10am and 2pm. We had a staff member on site waiting. We were never contacted and told the delivery would take place outside that window. Terrible Vendor

I purchased this for a project that had a deadline of Easter. This was purchased on 3/16/23. Lowes is drop shipping this item directly from the vendor. This was picked up by the ltl carrier on 3/18/23 and scheduled the 1st time for delivery on 3/20/23. It was then rescheduled to be delivered today, 3/26/23.
